Viriva Community Credit Union, chartered in 1936, has a distinguished legacy of service to members and their families. Today, Viriva continues the tradition of dedication and service to our members, offering a full range of convenient services and all of the added benefits of credit union membership.

Viriva means truth, direction, and life and is a derivative of the following words: Veritas (Truth), Via (Direction), Viva (Life/Live) and Verde (the color green).

We are more than a place to conduct your financial business. We think of ourselves as your trusted financial partner for all stages of life, whether it is buying your first car, funding college education, purchasing a home, or saving for retirement. Simply put - we are your financial partner… for life.

We provide the financial services and guidance you need, with the value and convenience you want. Throughout the years, members have been added from a number of mergers of other credit unions, the addition of certain employer groups and, more recently, expansion into adjacent counties. True to our tagline, Viriva members range in age from newborn to approaching 100 years old and include the following:
