Make transactions anytime, anywhere, from any touch-tone phone! This "touch tone teller" service is referred to as our Day And Night Automated Account Access service (or "DANA") and is a free service that allows you to access your accounts 24 hours/day, seven days/week.

With DANA, you can check account balances, transfer money between accounts, verify cleared checks, make credit union loan payments and make loan calculations.

How to use DANA:

  1. Call 800-29-AUDIO (292-8346), or 215-333-2981 for local callers.
  2. Then press option 1 to access the "Member Main Menu" options.
  3. Enter your account number followed by the # sign.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Listen to the prompts and make the appropriate selection (Click here to view a list of the prompt menus).

Not currently signed up for DANA? You can sign up through our automated sign-up service immediately, or call 888-7-VIRIVA (215-333-1201 local).

How to sign up for DANA:

  1. Call 800-29-AUDIO(292-8346)  or 215-333-2981 for local callers.
  2. Then press option 2 for the "Sign Up" menu.
  3. Press 1 to sign up for DANA
  4. Enter your account number followed by the # sign.
  5. Enter the last 4 digit of your social security number.
  6. Select your 4 digit Password (use either letters or numbers, do not select the letters "Q" or "Z", and do not select the last 4 digits of your Social Security number).
  7. Re-enter your 4 digits Password.

Instructions When Entering Dollar Amounts: Do not enter the decimal point when entering dollar amounts; the computer automatically includes it. Example: For $3.50, enter 350 then #. For $350.00, enter 35000 then #.
