CU Realty Rebate* Program

In order for our first mortgage processor to identify your membership in the Credit Union, please enter "Viriva CCU" in the Comments field at the end of the application.

CU Realty Rebate* Program

Viriva and CU Realty Services make buying and selling your home easy. As you may already be aware, a credit union's interest is always in serving its members.  Viriva Community Credit Union aims to serve its members with the best and most practical services possible.  This is why we joined the CU Realty Rebate* Program, a complimentary service to use when looking into real estate, both selling and purchasing.  Using CU Realty will assist you in:

  • searching for your next home,
  • researching schools and neighborhood demographics,
  • selling your home, and
  • saving money through the rebate* program, which returns part of the agent’s commission to you.
