How do I get the mobile app?

Viriva's It'sMe247 Mobile Banking App is available for download on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Search Viriva in your app store to download our free app today.

How do I log into the mobile app and get started?

Once you’ve downloaded the app, log in using your existing It’sMe247 Online Banking username and password to get started. Need an It’sMe247 login? If you recently joined Viriva or never registered for the service, click First Time User to register. You'll need your account number and Social Security number handy.


Data connection is required for this service. Viriva does not charge a fee to use the It’sMe247 Mobile Banking App; however, normal data usage rates may be assessed by your wireless carrier.

How does Mobile Check Deposit work in the app?

Simply snap a picture of your check, review the deposit amount, and click deposit.


Enrollment in this service is required and available to eligible members only. Once in the app, select Move Money, then select Register to get started. Please contact Viriva if you have questions regarding your eligibility. 


Deposits submitted through the Mobile Check Deposit service are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. All deposits are subject to Viriva’s Funds Availability Policy. You may review the information within our Membership Account Disclosure under the Funds Availability Policy Disclosure section. 

How do I use Mobile Check Deposit to make a loan payment?

If you are enrolled in Mobile Check Deposit and have a loan (including a credit card) with Viriva, you may direct your electronic check deposit to post to your loan account. 


  • Log into the It'sMe247 Mobile Banking App
  • Navigate to Move Money
  • Review the Check Deposit Tips and click Continue
  • Enter your Check Amount and take pictures of the Front and Back of your check
  • Under the Deposit To option, click the arrow to change your Deposit To account
  • Choose the loan account you wish to direct your deposit


Deposits submitted through the Mobile Check Deposit service are subject to verification and not available immediately. All deposits are subject to Viriva’s Funds Availability Policy. Am I eligible for the Mobile Check Deposit service?

You may be eligible for the Mobile Check Deposit service if:


  • You have been a Viriva member for over 30 days
  • Your account is in good standing
  • You are over 16 years old
  • There are no garnishments or levies on your account 
  • Your account is active
  • You do not have any reported account abuse

Are there restrictions for mobile deposits?
  • The maximum amount per deposit is $5,000. 
  • The maximum daily deposit amount is $5,000.
  • You are able to make a maximum of three mobile deposits per day.
  • Your total deposit within a thirty-day cycle cannot exceed $10,000.


Deposits submitted through the Mobile Check Deposit service are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. How do I start paying bills using the mobile app?

If you currently have a Viriva Checking Account, log into It’sMe247 Online Banking on your desktop and navigate to Pay & Transfer, then select Pay Bill And More to enroll in the service.  After completing your enrollment, the next step is to add the information of individuals or companies you wish to pay to your approved list of payees. Once you establish your list, you’ll be able to use the mobile app to schedule payments to anyone on it.

How does Manage My Cards work?

Manage My Cards give you real-time control over the debit or credit cards on your account. 


  • Choose to turn your card off to immediately deactivate your card. You must turn your card back on before you can use it again. The ability to control your card comes in handy in an emergency, such as losing or misplacing your debit or credit card. Deactivating your card as soon as possible can help protect your account from unauthorized transactions. 
  • Set up card transaction alerts, so you'll get instant notification of charges the moment a transaction hits your card. This feature is a great way to verify transactions that you authorized. 
  • See recent transactions and find information on reporting your card as lost or stolen.

Can I view e-Statements on the Mobile App?

If you are signed up to receive eStatements, you can view them on the app. Follow the steps below. 


  • Log in with your online banking username and password
  • Navigate to the More option
  • Select eStatements
  • Click Most Recent Statement to view your last statement
  • Click Account Statements to view previous statements
