Important Branch Update

Our focus continues to be on the safety and well-being of our staff, members, and the communities we serve. Due to both the staffing impact of the local school closures and the desire to keep available staff and members as healthy as possible, we’re forced to limit in-branch interactions and reduce branch hours of operation.

  • Check back frequently for up-to-date information regarding branch closures and changes in hours.

 Temporary Branch Hours

► Center City Branch – Lobby traffic

  • Center City – Open Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays only
    • From 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Closed daily from 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Loan-related branch visits by appointment only

► Mayfair Branch - Closed to lobby traffic 

  • This branch is suspended to all member access. We’ll only make exceptions on a case-by-case and appointment-only basis.
  • Deposits and loan payments can be inserted into the on-site dropbox.
  • Cash withdrawals can be made at a number of local non-surcharging ATMs. Locate an ATM Now ›
  • For large withdrawals, please contact us in advance to discuss your options.

► Lansdale Branch (Restricted Access) – Lobby traffic

  • Open Thursdays only
    • From 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Closed daily from 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM

► Warminster Branch – Drive-through traffic only with restricted lobby traffic

  • Open Monday through Friday
    • From 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Thursdays & Fridays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
    • Closed daily from 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
  • Loan-related branch visits by appointment only

Viriva is here to answer your calls and respond to your emails. We've bulked up our Call Center staff and are diligently monitoring incoming emails.

► Viriva Call Center Normal Business Hours

  • Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST

► After-Hours Call Center

  • Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST
  • Saturday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Calls received after normal business hours are forwarded to our after-hours call center. Complex situations may need to be addressed directly with a Viriva staff member.

We will notify you via email and alerts on our website in the event of normal business interruptions. Please check our website and Facebook page frequently for updates during such times.

How to Update Your Email

► I am set up to access my account within It’sMe247 Online and the Mobile Banking app. I know my user name and password information and have logged on recently.

Use It’sMe247 to check balances, make transfers, make loan or credit card payments, pay bills via Electronic Bill Pay (EBP), deposit checks and more in the comfort of your home.

► I am set up to access my account through CU*Talk and know my PIN.

Call in to check balances, transfer funds, request checks and more anywhere and anytime.

► I am enrolled in Mobile Check Deposit.

Available in the mobile app, use this feature to submit checks for deposit electronically without having to visit a branch.

► I am enrolled in Electronic Bill Pay service.

Pay virtually any business electronically or send money to individuals with a mailing address within the US or Puerto Rico. You can also send funds electronically to your accounts held at other financial institutions.
