How do I get online banking?

Visit Viriva.com and click on It'sMe247 Online Banking. If you recently joined Viriva or never registered for the service, click First Time User to register. You'll need your account number and Social Security number handy.

How do I reset my online banking username and password?
  • Navigate to the It'sMe247 Online Banking site and select Forgot Password.

  • If you have exceeded the number of login attempts and your account is locked, you must Call Us to reset your password. 

  • If you recently joined Viriva or never registered for the service, click First Time User to register. You'll need your account number and Social Security number handy.

I am having trouble logging in to online banking; what should I do?

If you know your username but unsure of your password, you’ll have three attempts to log in with the correct password. After your second attempt, consider resetting your password as opposed to guessing on your third try. Your account will be locked if you’re not able to enter the correct password on your third attempt. Click Forgot My Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.

  • New Members - If you recently joined Viriva, you’ll have 7 days from the date of your membership to log in using the temporary username and password that was provided to you at account opening. For your security, you must contact us to reset your password after the 7th day.

  • Long-Standing Members - If you’re logging in for the first time, please give us a quick call to verify your account.
Can I update my contact information in online banking?

You can submit change requests to your contact information within online banking. Some changes may require verification, and we will contact you for additional information. 


  • Log in to It’sMe247 Online Banking on your desktop.
  • Navigate to the Info Center tab
  • Under My Preference, choose Personal Information
  • Click Edit My Information to update your record
  • After making your changes, click Update My Information
How do I update my contact preference within online banking?

You can choose how you want us to contact you by setting your contact preference to Email, Online Banking Message, or phone in online banking. 


Periodically, Viriva sends important account information to our members via email. It is important for you to allow Viriva to continue to send any education, alerts, announcements, or outreach information, so you can stay informed.  


  • Log in to It’sMe247 Online Banking on your desktop
  • Navigate to the Info Center tab
  • Under Info Center, choose Contact Preference
  • Choose your preferred contact method by expanding the drop-down option
  • DO NOT place a checkmark in the first checkbox if you wish to continue to receive communication from Viriva
  • Click Save Preferences
Can I update my mailing address within online banking?

You can submit a change of address request within online banking by submitting the Online Change of Address Form. We require you to provide documentation to verify your new address. By using our online form, you will be able to upload an acceptable document at the time you submit the form.  


  • Log in to It’sMe247 Online Banking on your desktop
  • Navigate to the Info Center tab
  • Under My Preference, choose Request an Address Change
  • Complete the required information and follow the instructions to upload your verification document
Can I view my other Viriva accounts in online banking?

If you have multiple accounts you are joint on, you can request access to switch between your other accounts without having to log out and back in again. Your other account must be set up with online banking access.
